Forging Tools

Simple and unchanged for centuries, the anvil is the blacksmith's workbench.  A variety of stakes, fullers and hardies are stored around the base.  These are inserted in a square hardy hole in the anvil to perform a variety of forging techniques.

Even in the 21st century, hand tools and the anvil are the most indispensable tools of the trade.  In this rack are many of the tools used at the forge - many of them handmade.
